So it has been a while since I’ve done a review about any purchased item.. Mainly because I haven’t done any shopping and other than that I didn’t have any good products to actually talk about.

Lip & cheek Stain By The Body Shop

I got it in  001 Pink Hubiscus

Let’s start with the cheeks. I love how it leaves my cheeks looking rosey in a very natural way.  It does stay for a long time but not a whole day. Very light on the skin.

One thing I did not like about this product is that when I applied it on my lips. Yes, it did look nice at first but with time I discovered that it caused my lips to crack and left them dry. I thought it was just me but I did recommend this to my colleague and she said the same thing….

I stopped using it on the lips but on cheeks it looks amazing. and I would purchase it again for cheeks only. 

Maybelline Dream fresh BB cream

in the shade Medium Deep

I used to use this back when I first starting wearing makeup. I’m not sure if the formula changed because it does feel a lot better now on the skin. It also look better.

Daily 8-in-1 BB skin perfector brightens, smoothes, hydrates, and protects with broad-spectrum SPF 30. Gives skin a dewy finish.  That’s what it says in the website and that’s what it really does. I feel that it gives me a dewy look, smoothes, brightens and hydrates my skin

One thing I’d complain about is that it doesn’t last a whole day( a long period of time). If you’re planning to go out all day long, consider reapplying,

L’Oréal Infallible 24H Matte.

Ok, I heard a lot about this product but never really thought of getting it until now.. Let me tell you… I loved the finishing; I honestly feel that I have wasted so much time using the wrong foundation. Even though I have stated before that I rarely use foundations.. But this here is it!

In my opinion and how I’d use it mostly at night and not everyday. I feel the matte foundation would somehow mess with my skin? maybe that’s a myth.. But I am not risking it. Other than that; The foundation is amazing.

L’Oréal Lip Paint/Matte

I love love the texture that it leaves on the lips. I thought because it says matte it would leave them dry. But somehow it was creamy matte? I can’t explain it. But it was really.  The sad part though is that I have to reapply it a lot because the final color which is a bit darker shade of purple kind of fades to light. I would buy it again
