I’ll keep this post short and simple.
→I have mentioned earlier that I will do a ‘motivational’ post every Thursday.
〉I am at work right now, almost falling asleep but anyways let’s do this.〈
One of my goals in here or anywhere else is to spread the message that you honestly don’t have to be like anyone else. I’ll spare you the talk about how you are good the way you are and all. Being more realistic I believe that we all have flaws and it is our job to first acknowledge them then try to fix them if possible.
It is ok to find someone who inspires you but whats not ok is to copy everything they do. As if you have no personality of your own. you like what they like, you buy what they buy,,,etc If you like something that everyone else like it. It is ok but at least have a reason.. And don’t let it be ” Because they like it.. “
Have an opinion and a different point of view. Leave a unique impression on people. Be something that separates you from others.
I want you to know that you are not perfect and we’re meant to make mistakes. We have to learn and fix what’s fixable and whatever that is not we let it go and move on. ‘Be like time and keep on moving’. If you want to do something really good, just be yourself and always be out there bettering yourself, upgrading your brain is not bad at all. Age does not matter there is always time and space to learn new things.
If you don’t love and respect yourself, don’t expect others will. I have seen young girls doing a lot of things and when asked why? They point out at someone else and say “Because she’s doing it”. So if I set myself on fire will you do that too?
Girls at a young age are being exposed to the fact that they have to look good and it doesn’t matter if you don’t feel good as long as you LOOK good. Which is nonsense to me….
Choose the right person to get inspired from and do your thing. Stand out from the crowd haven’t you learnt that already? If people went right, it is ok to go left. As long as you feel good about it do it. Because after all you don’t want to end up lost in the crowd.
A Reminder: We have time to do anything and everything. It is just a matter of priorities.
