Self-Love

I think it is necessary to know a lot about self-love.

You might be one or know someone who has no self love whatsoever.

I will try to break it down for you and as you read along you will realize it.


“Become mindful. People who have more selflove tend to know what they think, feel and want. They are mindful of who they are and act on this knowledge, rather than on what others want for them.

 

To love yourself is to know what you like and dislike. To have stability and not to be shaken by others opinion about you. You are aware of the way you are and you are in total control and acceptance of yourself.

There is nothing more important than knowing how you feel or think. The thoughts that float in your brain, no matter how small or irrelevant they might be; they shape your reality. This is why it is critical to keep your brain away from negative thoughts or people around you.

Some people around you especially the close ones, like family or friends( sometimes even the strangers could have a say-when you have no self love you will listen to anything and believe it). Those people would point out your flaws in ways that you might end up hating yourself for it. With the fact that nothing from what they say is true anyways… But when you actually take the time to make peace with yourself, embracing both sides (good and bad)  you wouldn’t mind the talks. They just become irrelevant.

I mean yes we are not perfect but when you know yourself, you get to know if their words are real with the intention of helping you improve the person you are or just talks for the sake of bringing you down mentally and emotionally.

When you know how to love yourself you will not feel the need to run after people loving you.

Set boundaries: Do not let anyone disrespect you or make you feel less that what you really are. You are in control of how you feel.

Forgive yourself: Know that we all make mistakes but do not take the time to sabotage yourself by feeling guilty or thinking that you are not good enough.

Let go: Let go of anything that is harming you mentally, emotionally or even physically. Don’t spend another day hating your job, some people around you.

“Know that your life is 100% your responsibility.”

 

Don’t get fooled by others, how happy they might seem, or good they look or things they have. If you have no self love, self worth and self respect you have got nothing.

Keep your focus on improving yourself and everything will fall in place. Even your relationship with others will change. You will be drown to those with good vibes only. As you won’t accept anything less.
