I am in no place to talk about healthy habits. I am trying to add more good, healthy habits in my daily lifestyle though.
But here are three of my healthy habits:
- I drink a glass of water as soon aa I wake up.
- Even though that I have lunch/dinner outside, I avoid the fast food places.
- I do my best not to take the elevator and use the stairs as much as I can…
