Day 14: 3 Healthy Habits

I am in no place to talk about healthy habits. I am trying to add more good, healthy habits in my daily lifestyle though.


But here are three of my healthy habits:

  1. I drink a glass of water as soon aa I wake up.
  2. Even though that I have lunch/dinner outside, I avoid the fast food places.
  3.  I do my best not to take  the elevator and use the stairs as much as I can…
