First I would like to apologize that I haven’t posted anything last week. It was due to the pressure of work and college. I should have had better time management but soon you will know that I am not good at managing my time. Which leads to the question,, Can I hire a time manager? Is there such a title?
AnyWho, I am looking for quality not quantity. That is also why I haven’t posted anything last week. I did not find anything that was interesting. But I do now.
……..
Change.
Some of us might think that ‘change’ is something hard to do, even though on a daily basis you might not feel the change thats happening to you, especially if you’re having a routine that is ongoing. But, a year from now you’ll notice that a lot has changed. And you are not the same person that you used to be the year before.
Everyday might look the same to you but in reality small things can make a difference. Make sure you make each second counts. Whether it was about you personally or your way of living in general. I have learnt that if you don’t like where you are or what you’re doing CHANGE it… Yes, it might not be easy, you might sacrifice in order to change this or that but it will pay off in the end.
I bought a book this year titled “Q & A” 5 Year Journal
Basically the book is a set of 365 questions with 5 spaces for you to answer. Each space is for a year. As simple as what is your favorite color? What inspired you today? and as hard as Who did you lose today? and What comes in mind when you think of ‘fear’? Some questions are easy others not.
The purpose of this book is that after five years you’ll see how your answers changed leading to you changing as a person. I have people say that they fear change and they rather have things go the same way all the time. I myself sometimes fear change in things or food or even drinks. I used to find myself going to a coffeeshop ordering the same coffee every single day. As soon as I had the courage to ask for something else I was surprised that there are good stuff out there and I should always give it a try to know whether I like it or not. Sometimes I fear stepping out my comfort zone so I rather just keep things the same. This is my first year writing this journal. I am extremely excited in seeing how my answers will change in those 5 years.
